In case of "pre-order" purchases, you can make a return within 15 days of receiving your package. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with original packaging and with all tags attached.

Please, notice that the cost of the scheduled pickup — and duty charges in case they apply — will be discounted from the amount of the refund. Avec Studio has the right to deny all packages with customs costs and duties unpaid.

Once the returning parcel has arrived at Avec Studio and is approved, the value of the purchase will be refunded and you will receive a confirmation email. The total amount refunded or credited will be minus original shipping charges.

We also accept physical returns at our store in Barcelona (C/Calaf 25).
Opening times: Tues to Fri 17h00 - 20h30 / Sat 10h30 - 14h00.
Please note that online orders can get a refund when returning the items, but physical store's purchases will get a discount voucher with no expiration date.
