Shipment Policy

Orders are prepared once the payment has been confirmed. In case orders are made after 2:00pm they will be processed the next working day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays (unless specifically required the urgency of shipment by previous email). 

Once the order is placed an email will be sent to confirm the purchase.

Shipping rates

Free Shipping for all orders above 300€.

For orders below 300€, the cost of each shipment will be calculated automatically and detailed at the checkout so it can be approved by the customer before confirming the payment.

Delivery times for items in stock

For regular purchases (items in stock), the estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days for all national destinations and 4-5 business days for international orders.

Delivery times for orders upon request / pre-order

You can order some of our items even if they are not in stock and we will produce them for you. The estimated delivery time in this case is 1-3 weeks.

Package reception

After 2 unsuccessful attempts the package will be returned to us or placed in the nearest pick up point to the destination, and an email will be sent to inform the failure of delivery.

*Any fees and taxes imposed for parcels traveling outside of Spain will be the customer’s responsibility.
