Orders are prepared once payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next working day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays unless urgent shipment is pre-arranged via email.

For orders below 300€, shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout for your approval before payment:

For items not in stock, the estimated delivery time is 1-3 weeks.

For parcels traveling outside of Spain, any applicable fees and taxes will be the customer's responsibility.

After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us or placed at the nearest pick-up point. You will receive an email notification regarding the failed delivery.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of placing your order. For pre-orders, returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your package.

Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with original packaging, and all tags attached.

You can schedule a pickup through this link. The cost of pickup and any applicable duty charges will be deducted from the refund.

Note: Online orders are eligible for refunds. Physical store purchases will be issued a discount voucher with no expiration date.

Once the returned item arrives at Avec Studio and is approved, the refund will be processed. You will receive an email confirmation. Refunds will exclude original shipping charges.
