SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are prepared once the payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT+1) will be processed the next working day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays unless urgent shipment is pre-arranged via email.
Yes, once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.
We offer free shipping for all orders above 300€.
For orders below 300€, shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout for your approval before payment. Shipping rates are as follows:

- France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden - 5,95€
- Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Belgium, Monaco, Poland, Austria, Finland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Brazil, US, Switzerland - 7,95€

For pre-order items, shipping dates will always be specified within the product details. Please read carefully the "Pre-order information" box located next to the size selection.
Occasionally, shipments to countries outside the EU may involve additional fees and taxes. These charges are independent of the cost of transportation and are determined by the competent customs authorities in accordance with current regulations.
Please take into account that imports and customs duties are not included in the price of the products or the order, and are responsibility of the recipient. The carrier may charge these fees at the time of delivery.
All orders will be shipped from our Barcelona (Spain) warehouse, so we would kindly recommend checking local customs and taxes before placing your order. Any applicable fees, customs and taxes will be the customer's responsibility.
After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us or placed at the nearest pick-up point. You will receive an email notification regarding the failed delivery.
Someone else can sign for your delivery, however we sadly can not accept responsibility if the signature received at the delivery address is not the intended recipient.
Any parcels that have been given a signature release unfortunately can not be refunded or replaced if the courier has delivered correctly.
