Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with original packaging, and all tags attached.

Return costs (specified in the rates below) will be deducted from the refund.

The first exchange is free of charge - we will cover return and shipping costs.

Additional exchanges will be charged as returns. Rates are as follows:

Physical returns are accepted at our Barcelona store:

Note: Online orders are eligible for refunds. Physical store purchases will be issued a discount voucher with no expiration date.

Once the returned item arrives at Avec Studio and is approved, the refund will be processed and you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will exclude original shipping and return charges.
